#Miss Housekeeping is a satirical anti Trump photographic art piece from the Locker Room series by the artist Jean Malek.

Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. This is no more accurate than in the case of Donal Trump’s presidency, in which the world seems to have been turned upside down. This inversion informs the works in Locker Room, where Malek imagines Trump moments as documentary photographs. From grabbing them by the pussy to his love of beauty pageants, Trump’s vices are on display in this series of works that call into question the nature of documentary photography as the lines between authentic and real become increasingly blurred.

This anti Trump satire art series got media coverage on Daily Mail UK, Huff Post, Vice and many more.

(B. 1983) Jean Malek is an award-winning director and photographer. His work is influenced by box office and indie movies, fashion, and fine art photography, often blurring the boundaries between fields and genres. Rooted in storytelling, Malek’s approach is driven by irreverence, subversiveness, and eclectic cultural references. His evocative staged photographs often push the limits of good taste to create arresting images that comment on social, political, and economic issues. Malek often pulls from the world of cinema, imagining compelling characters that hint at a larger narrative in a single shot. His work is always quintessentially contemporary and larger-than-life.
